2. Orders Orders can be placed through our website. After placing an order, the customer receives a confirmation by email.

3. Prices and Payment All prices include VAT, unless otherwise stated. Payment must be made as indicated on the website.

4. Delivery We aim to deliver products within the stated delivery time. Delays do not entitle the customer to compensation.

5. Returns and Right of Withdrawal Customers have the right to return a product within 14 days of receipt. The product must be in its original condition.

6. Warranty We guarantee that our products meet the specifications described on the website. Any defects will be repaired or replaced within the warranty period.

7. Liability Our liability is limited to the direct damage to the product. We are not liable for consequential damages.
